Since July 2009 Blackmint Distillery is ISO 22000 : 2005 certified. ISO 22000 : 2005 standard was put into effect on September 1, 2005. It is a generic food safety management system standard. ISO 22000 : 2005 is the first edition to define a set of general food safety requirements on national and international level.
